First and foremost we are a private hire Banbury taxi company. We started our company in May 2023 and having seen where other taxi firms fail, we decided we will use that to our advantage and build from there. Our aim is to become the premier Banbury taxi service in and around the area.

Our drivers are experienced with several years as private hire taxi drivers as well as customer service roles previously, so our standards of service are extremely high. we aim to keep every customer satisfied with our services using our experience and always providing a top class service.

Customer service and pre-booked taxi work is prioritised and our speciality. This is where we excel and show we are different in comparison to other taxi companies. Our aim is to always prioritise these bookings compared to call on demand bookings. We will be taking call on demand bookings but only when we are not compromising our service to the customers who have called or messaged us to pre-book in advance.

Honesty is a vital part of our business here at Premier Cars Banbury, so we wish to be transparent about fares and our taxi service. All of our prices are competitively fixed for all major airports, cities, towns and villages in the North Oxfordshire area and prices will always be confirmed at the time of booking. You will never be charged more than what is confirmed over the phone, email or text unless there is stops made on your journey instructed by you and not mentioned at the time of booking, so please always specify if there will be any stops on your journey at the time of booking so there's never any additional costs added by our drivers in these scenarios.
